1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any digital service, platform, or website operated by AMPIA LIMITED ("AMPIA"), including Artisans Finder (artisansfinder.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Marketplace & Platform Services
AMPIA operates digital platform infrastructure that facilitates real-time location matching and quote negotiations between independent clients and verified artisans. AMPIA maintains verification standards requiring government-issued ID vetting, but independent artisans are self-employed professionals.
3. Payment Processing & Subscriptions
Artisan service subscriptions and platform fees are processed through licensed merchant banking partners (Paystack) utilizing PCI-DSS Level 1 bank-grade encryption.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, circuit visual designs, and brand marks ("AMPIA", "Artisans Finder") are the exclusive intellectual property of AMPIA LIMITED, protected under Nigerian and international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation prior to formal arbitration.
