Request Permanent Deletion of Your Account
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) and Google Play / Apple App Store developer policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Artisans Finder account and associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your profile, saved quotes, and location data will be permanently purged.
- Verified artisan credential badges and reviews will be removed from search.
- Financial transaction history is retained securely for 6 years strictly to satisfy statutory tax/audit obligations under Nigerian financial law.
